Because the items we receive from you are special, we recommend that you:
- Have the item professionally cleaned prior to shipping to us.
- Take a photograph of the item (for your records) prior to shipping to us.
- Insure the item and ship using a method that will provide you with tracking / delivery confirmation.
- Include within the package your contact information: Name, shipping address, email address and daytime telephone number.
Please Note: We charge a basic Shipping and Handling Fee of $19.95. This covers the shipping and handling for the return of your item should you decide not to proceed with your special order. The basic Shipping and Handling Fee will be reflected within the quotation we provide to you prior to beginning any work. All quotations must be approved by you before we begin any work. (Email approval is acceptable.)
- Include a description (we’d like to know a little about the item you want us to use – it’s general condition, approximate age and the type of material – if you know). Please attach a photograph of the item to your email and be sure to include a daytime telephone number should we need to speak directly with you. If the new Custom Pillow is intended to be a gift, please let us know.
- Once we receive your email, we’ll review the information and reply with a quotation (usually within 24 hours).
